Bruises

Bound in soft gauze, the viewer must unwrap this book to read, each turn revealing a new part of the poem, and ultimately the secret within. This experience of the book as bandage is reinforced by the act of closing the book, which takes on the motions of rewrapping as the viewer turns the book over and over.
